  • 90-minute comprehensive onboarding and strategy call: this is a deep-dive into your full health history, medical history, nutrition and functioning of all bodily systems. You will also receive recommendations from your 5-day food diary analysis

  • 12-weeks of bi-weekly coaching calls: these transformative health coaching calls will be education-led, helping you become an expert in your own health

  • A bespoke nutrition and lifestyle protocol: this will include goals and actions which we will update each session

  • Ongoing support between sessions: you will have access to message me between sessions within the 12-weeks

  • Resources: practical tools to support you implementing your healthy habits. This might include recipe inspiration or breath-work exercises
